I am guessing that the reason that you have not received them is for one of the reasons given in #1.5 of the. Possibly the phone was re-flashed prior to your receiving it. You can either take your phone to a Samsung Service Point and explain your situation and see if they will flash the latest Jelly Bean firmware for you or you can flash it yourself by following the instructions in #1.7 of the guide.
